Shruthi was an Associate for Social Impact Education at the world renowned Skoll Centre, developing and running programmes for MBA Students and social impact leaders across Oxford University.

Shruthi co-led Leading for Impact a leadership programme for 22 postgraduate students from across the University of Oxford, identified for high future social impact potential. The programme consisted of group retreats, group/peer coaching using the Action Learning Set methodology and leadership development workshops.

She also designed and co-led the very first edition of the Impact Lab. and co-led a programme developing leadership, technical skills and networks of 35 Oxford MBA students working on social and environmental issues.
